Welding material (flux)
Key words: melting flux, sintering flux
Flux is divided into acid, neutral and alkaline, according to the manufacturing method is divided into melting flux and non melting flux.
Smelting flux: it is made of various ores after smelting in electric arc furnace. Among them, acid melting flux is widely used in welding of carbon steel and low alloy structural steel with proper welding wire. Neutral and alkaline fluxes are used for welding high strength steel.
//The non melting flux has been widely used because of its simple manufacture, good labor hygiene conditions, easy quality control, and various required alloy elements can be added to improve the microstructure and properties of weld metal. If the drying temperature of non melting flux is below 400 ℃, it is called bonding flux;
//When the drying temperature is between 400 ℃ and 1000 ℃, it is called sintered flux. The latter has good strength, high yield and is widely used.
Our company can produce all kinds of quality flux according to the needs of customers.
