The strength of concrete mainly comes from the calcium silicate compound (C-S-H) formed by the action of silicon and calcium in the cement composition of concrete under the action of water. C-S-H is the material that plays a major role in the strength of concrete. Concrete sealing curing agent is a colorless transparent liquid material, easy to use, non-toxic, non combustible, strong penetration, long-term sealing concrete, in line with all VOC rules.

Construction process

Applied to the newly poured whole powder floor surface:

1. The newly poured concrete floor must be cured for at least 3 days, preferably more than 7 days.
2. Low pressure spraying of concrete sealing curing agent (standard dosage: 0.1kg/m2), and then use superfine fiber mop or soft broom to evenly distribute the materials without accumulation.
3. The floor surface should be kept wet for 15-20 minutes.
4. The porous floor and the floor in the area with absorbed dry material need additional spraying.
5. Once the material begins to harden, do not use microfiber mop or soft broom.
6. Drying time: about 2-4 hours.

Applied to polished concrete floor surface:

1. Grind and polish to 200 mesh (wet grinding or dry grinding).
2. For the first course of concrete sealing curing agent material, the dosage is 0.1kg/m2, and the construction method is the same as above.
3. Grind and polish to 400 mesh (wet grinding or dry grinding).
4. Grind and polish to 800 mesh (dry grinding).
5. For the second course of concrete sealing curing agent material, the dosage is 0.1kg/m2, and the construction method is the same as above.
6. Grind and polish to 1500 mesh (dry grinding).
7. Grind and polish to 3000 mesh (dry grinding).

Performance characteristics

Hard: after treated by water-based curing agent, the Mohs hardness of the ground will reach 9, and the Mohs hardness will increase by 45.3%;
Wear resistance: the water-based curing agent for concrete permeability sealing can solidify various components in concrete into a hard entity to increase hardness and compactness. After the ground is cured with the water-based curing agent for concrete permeability sealing, the wear resistance will be increased to more than 8 times;
Dust proof: the water-based curing agent of concrete penetration seal reacts with silicate in concrete and forms a chemical reaction on the surface of concrete

Comparison of the effect of concrete sealing and curing agent

Form a dust-free, dense whole, permanent control of the concrete dust from the surface of the void precipitation.
